If your train was delayed, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and the length of the delay.
Ask the train manager to endorse your ticket to confirm the delay or cancellation and return it to us with a covering letter within 28 days of the travel date to :

We recommend that you return the original tickets by Special Delivery as we are unable to investigate your claim without the original tickets.
