Strasbourg station is one of France’s largest, with facilities to meet the needs of all kinds of travellers.

 

The station is only 2hrs 20mins from Paris on a high speed TGV service. You can also catch services to Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands from here.

ACCESSIBILITY Access Plus is a free service offered to disabled passengers who require assistance at the station. For more information, contact Access Plus by email accesplus@sncf.fr Alternatively, call 0890 640 650 (from within France only). Opening Hours: 07:00 – 22:00 daily. Where possible you should notify Access Plus at least 48 hours before departure and arrive no later than 30 minutes before departure.
LUGGAGE Strasbourg Station offers a left luggage facility between the hours of 06:15 and 23:00 daily. There is also a Lost Property office located on Platform 1, next to the main escalator. Telephone: 00 33 (0)3 88 75 41 63 Opening hours: 06:15 – 21:15 daily.
TOURIST INFORMATION Tourist Information is available at the station. The desk is open between 09:00 and 19:00 daily. The main tourist office is a short walk from the station. The address is 17, Place de la Cathédrale, BP 70020, 67082, STRASBOURG and it is open between 09:00 and 19:00 daily.
